"Herring Sanitation Service" out of Fishkill, came to the rescue today. One of the owners, Jason, came by, was very honest and candid about what needed to be done and got the job done correctly. He knew we were in a very dire situation and didn't take advantage. Within an hour of our emergency call, he had a pump out truck here and followed up immediately with a camera inspection, excavator and at least 25-30 feet of new pipe, leading directly to the main tank. Everything was done correctly within a couple of hours and he didn't hit me over the head.. He was even nice enough to allow us to give him a couple of post dated checks to cover the other half of the invoice.. To me, that's someone who values their clients, especially being a small business owner myself...
