I want to thank you for one great experience....Dave is exceptional , he explained to me about the system and the how to maintain it properly and really seemed to care. I did not feel like a dummy after he explained it to me. Today I received a reminder about cleaning my septic. We have remodeled our home and are now on line with the sewer system in our town. But if I come across anyone that needs this service in the area I would highly recommend your company. To this day we still remember the professional and courteous service we received.

I have removed some of or most of the tree roots in the tank and am trying to stop the roots from reentering the tank through any openings. Your diligent work of pressure water cleaning of the sewer lines has apparently opened these lines. The clothes washer now pumps out and really revs up during the extraction part of the cycles. It has not done that since I moved the washer from Beacon to our present home.” Emil J.
